Terms & Conditions

By entering into business with Kagaz International you agree to our terms and conditions as follows:

Order your samples on-line. one Sample card can be send Free of Cost.
We confirm your order and request for payment.
Allow 5 to 10 days for delivery of samples. You can request for earlier delivery if you require earlier.

Order your stationery online.
We confirm your order and request 100% deposit (non-refundable).
Proofs are supplied on receipt of payment.
Order goes into production only on receipt of approval by email and payment in full of balance.
All orders, regardless of quantity and with out exceptions, take up to 18 days to complete from the time of Kagaz International receiving signed proofs and payment in full.
Additional orders following dispatch/collection of the main order will be treated as a new order and are subject to minimum charge.

Proofing will be submitted in JPEG or PDF format via email.
It is solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all proofs are thoroughly checked & read before signing approval to proceed to production.
Kagaz International will not be held responsible for errors of any nature that have occurred on signed mock ups and have been overlooked in proof reading stage.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all text i.e. spellings, dates and times are correct before approving proofs to Kagaz International for production.
Changes supplied to us after proofs have been signed and approved cannot be guaranteed to appear on finished goods.
Your emailed approval indicates confirmation to proceed to production.
Where errors are not identified and client approval is given, a reprint charge will apply.

Deliveries are made via our chosen courier to a valid work address.
Deliveries are mon-fri between 9am – 5pm to a valid work address (someone must be available to sign for the goods).
A valid work address is to be supplied – as all deliveries must be signed for.
Delivery charges are not included in the price of stationery.
Kagaz International are not responsible for late receipt of items caused due to issues outside of our control i.e. N/A to recieve collection. Acts of God, strikes etc.

Kagaz International is produced to the highest standards.
As our stationery is handmade, small variations will occur.
Kagaz International reserves the right to make minor changes to our designs.
Product pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Quotes issued are valid for one month only.
About colour: Although we do our best to make sure that the colours printed on our web site are accurate, actual colours of materials may vary slightly.
